About Me
Hello! I'm Raushan Pandey, a passionate and results-oriented software engineer in the United States. With a strong track
record of planning, executing, and testing various frameworks and services, I have successfully contributed to the development
and growth of multiple projects.
Areas of my expertise include software development, microservices, object-oriented design, code review, backend development, API
development, team mentoring, and financial services. I am also proficient in unit and integration testing, Java development, and
developing large-scale services. Effective communication is another skill I bring to the table.
Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various roles. As a Software Engineer Intern at Meta, I planned,
executed, and tested a data consistency framework in Erlang, ensuring records consistency in ZippyDB (NoSQL). I developed production-level
microservices at SAP Labs and trained junior developers while working with Java, Kafka, SQL, Python, and Azure Data Lake.
As a Software Engineer at MoveInSync, I utilized Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and various other tools to maintain the backend
of the Vendor-Experience (VE) system. I also contributed to projects at IG Group and Verizon, where I developed microservices,
implemented new functionalities, and resolved security issues.
When I'm not engrossed in developing or debugging code, you'll likely find me on a badminton court or close to a football field
and on match day cheering on my favorite team, Real Madrid. I'm always eager to learn new skills, whether it's from books or websites.
I also enjoy playing FIFA with my buddies and indulging in entertaining episodes or movies online, mostly on Netflix.
